Currently Operations Manager of the Engineering division of Fletcher Construction, responsible for delivery of major projects with a particular focus on achieving client and Fletcher objectives in safety, quality, environment, budget and time. Recent projects include Victoria Park Tunnel, Manukau Harbour Crossing, Tauranga Harbour Link, Project Hobson, New Lynn Rail Trench, SH2 Dowse to Petone Upgrade, Christchurch Infrastructure Alliance.

Rolls have been Building Estimator, draftsman to building consent standard, project management, Administration Systems and IT development, Quality Assurance auditor, Information Technology manager and for the last 16 years this has included the part time roll of Health & Safety Manager.
  • Past President of Otago Master Builder Association.
  • Long term Member of Registered Master Builders Technical Advisory Committee
  • Current Chair of Otago Southland construction sector Health & Safety Liaison Group.
  • Experience : 49yrs working in the building construction industry with wide ranging practical, management and wider industry construction experience.

Martin, a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Building and a Registered Construction Manager, is a degree qualified construction executive who has some 30 years of civil and commercial construction experience both locally and internationally. Some of his most notable projects have been the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur, ASB Bank Stand Eden Park, Auckland Remand Prison, and Botany Town Centre. After a period as Auckland Construction Manager for Mainzeal, he was seconded to the Spring Hill Corrections Facility as CWA Manager, then became Northern Regional Manager at Mainzeal. Martin is currently a shareholder and General Manager of Clearwater Construction based in Auckland.

ECANZ represents the majority of electrical contractors in New Zealand and as an employers Association provides service information and support for its 1400 plus members.

ECANZ is the sole shareholder of the electrical training company (etco*) and Neville is a current Director of etco*.

ECANZ through its MASTERelectricians brand is very keen to ensure members meet and maintain high standards particularly with regard to regulations, industry specific standards, health and safety and workmanship.

Neville has been in the Industry for over 10 years and holds a Masters degree in Business.
